I recommend getting TextPad (www.textpad.com) - it's a fantastic shareware text editor. You can open your members (through NetServer and mapping to the iSeries), then compare them. You get a very nice listing.

Don't try to save back through NetServer, however - you can lose the source. NetServer can bite you badly. But for downloading, no sweat. Or bring the members down in WDSC and save them locally, even. Then compare.

Some folks have even made RPG-related add-ins for TextPad!

I have a program that is to big to open in SEU (vendor program for an

know, but mine is the task to document that they have not lost any of our

WSDc will open up the member and even do a compare, but I can't seem to
find much else I can do with the compare, like maybe print differences,
Since I'm not to familiar with this program, and I'm still somewhat living
in the past, I'd be happier to have a tree or two to wade thru. I'm
assuming that since I can't find any mention of printing that it's not
there, or am I missing something?
