Yes, I get that sometimes. I run just RSE, sometimes Code Designer, in 256MB W2K box. I see it more when I reboot less; that is, if I leave my PC on continuoulsy, logging out at night, a day or two later, I start getting these spontaneous shutdowns. Rebooting every few days helps alot.
