Hi Ashish,

I forgot to mention that the Java program is not in a job on the iSeries
but running on a remote WebSphere instance on W2K.
So I think this is not the solution.

java.net.ConnectException after IPL

HI
why dont you modify the IPL process to start this job
after the machine is IPL'd
I had same situation, so i defined a subsystem to run
all the java jobs which are required, and then when
the machine is IPL'd i start this subsystem, and this
subsystem starts these java processes
