Re: Handling ConnectionDroppedExeption and java.net.ConnectException after IPL

why dont you modify the IPL process to start this job
after the machine is IPL'd 
I had same situation, so i defined a subsystem to run
all the java jobs which are required, and then when
the machine is IPL'd i start this subsystem, and this
subsystem starts these java processes
