problem with startup

Hi,

I just installed WDSC on my laptop.  I was able to start it a few times.  After 
that, on startup, I get Error box: Unable to read workbench state.  Workbench 
UI layout will be reset.  Then I get Eclipse box: Problems during startup.  
Check the ".log" file in the ".metadata" directory of your workspace.

The log looks like this:

Anyone help???  I have no clue how to fix this.
