Hi Robin, Did you create a new 'iSeries Job' launch configuration once you bring up the 'Debug' dialog? What are the other controls that you see in that dialog? What are the tabs that you see and which one is in focus? Another 'more permanent' way to set Update Production Files is via the Preference page: Debug->iSeries Debug. The problem I run into is when you are in the debug perspective, try to debug Iseries job under Iseries: Debug., the following check box options are missing: Step into; Terminate debug session on program completion ; update production file. These check box options are shown in other two types debug, Interactive and Batch Application. Because my Iseries job update the file, so the debug will error out because the Update Production File option is not checked. Any suggestions? I went through the WDSc redbook for the debug, these three options are shown in the manual. but now on my workstation. My WDSc is the latest version with all the updates.
