You should be able to use your web browser to download the updates to your 
PC and then install the updates from a local "update site", which would 
basically just be the folder on your PC that you put the downloaded files.

I posted all of the manual downloads last week in a message.

   Thanks for the suggestion.

   I've tried with with the proxy in the Install update tab and none in 
the
   Internet tab, vice versa, and both.  All give the same result.
