2. No problem opening a stream file in the editor - when the extension is .rpgle, it even comes up with the jLPEX editor in RSE. And, BTW, compiling against a V5R2 comes up with the SRCSTMF parameter filled in - very nice.

The error comes in this way:
1. Open the IFS Files subsystem on connection 1
2. Open its Home file filter
3. Open my home directory there
4. Open a subdirectory of my home directory
5. Right-click and Copy a stream file there
6. Open the IFS Files subsystem on connection 2
7. Open its Home file filter
8. Open my home directory there
9. Open a subdirectory of my home directory
10. Right-click and Paste the stream file there

Voila - error window. And this happens when pasting to a different connection on the same machine. When pasting to a different directory in the same connection, it works fine.

1. Right now, filter pools are not specific to a connection. In the next
release, all filters that are unique to a connection will be stored under a
special filter pool just for that connection.

2. I've been trying these scenarios out but I haven't been able to
reproduce this problem. Do you get any problems if you just try to open
that source file in an editor?

3. These are good suggestions and FRED will like to hear them.
