Webfacing deployment

One of my webfacing projects was working OK on the WDSCi  test environment.
I exported the .WAR and Installed it on my iSeries WAS Express server.
Testing went OK using IE browser. I was not happy with the final layout so
decided to re-do the style. Webfacing DDS conversion went OK, BUT when I
click on <run on server> I get the message ?Can?t deploy the module because
it is not contained within a valid enterprise application?  This message
stays whether I choose an existing or a new server.

Where can I get an explanation of this message? How can I fix it? (by
deleting one or all of the run time components?)

Can anyone help please? My other (similar) projects just convert & run OK. I
am using WDSCi V5.1 and think that I have all the recent PTF?s.
