Ashish, It looks like SI08024 is a WebSphere Commerce PTF which should have no impact on WDSc. Where do you see this error message showing up? The "Verify Connection" action in WDSc will tell you which PTFs are required for WDSc to function properly. You can get this by right clicking on the iSeries Objects subsystem under your iSeries RSE connection and selecting "Verify Connection..." from the popup menu.
