I am just looking through the documentation for JT400 and the record level
access class.
One thing I came across was to confirm that your QUSER user profile is
*ENABLED.
I will keep looking.

It is 447 on our box. I ran the NETSTAT *CNN and 447 is a local port
and it is in the Listen state.

I believe it is 447.
Run the WRKSRVTBLE command and look for DDM.
You should be able to run NETSTAT *CNN to see what ports have active
listeners.

Which port would it be? I've not had problems connecting to anything
else on the machine.
PWDRQD on my CHGDDMTCPA is also set to *YES.
I don't see anything in QSYSOPR out of the ordinary.
