V5.0 - How to get a job log for compiles

How do I generate a job log for compiles submitted from the editor?  If
there is an error in the binding step the program listing refers you to the
job log.  I haven't seen one yet for a compile submitted from WDSc.  Do I
need to change a job description?  If so where can I find what JOBD is being
used?  Hopefully it's just a preference setting somewhere.
