Editor will not perform syntax checking

As far as I can tell all the settings are correct.  When I open an RPGLE file 
it does not perform any syntax checking nor does it use the color coding scheme.

The RPGLE member extension is tied to the ILErpg parser name which is: 
com.ibm.etools.iseries.editor.ISeriesEditorRPGILEParser

The editor profile that is selected is SEU.

Any suggestion as to I have screwed up?  I have loaded the Quantum plugin
EasySQL plugin
PHP plugins
and an open file dialogue plugin(thanks to phil coulthard)
