Good idea.  But take it one step further and allow meta data to be tied to
programmer defined sub procs.  In the meta data would be information
relating to where to find information on this sub proc.  You would be
essentially be creating a gateway to rpgDocs, which would be a really
helpful feature to have in RPG.

Over on RPG400-L, Buck Calabro commented that when he uses an API in an RPG
program, he seomtimes puts the URL of the appropriate documentation page for
that API in a comment in the code.

My thought is that it might be nice for editors to scan comments and look
for URLs, and make them hyperlinks that would bring up a browser for that
URL.  Whaddy'all think?
