Subject: [SYSTEM21] Credit limit issue
Hi,
We're having a major issue at the moment with a lot of our customer
accounts on hold due to credit limit issues. This is affecting both
Advanced Customer Scheduling and Advanced Shipping. I have been looking
at the Credit Manager screen and there are 2 fields that are puzzling
me. From what I understand, 'Orders alloc.or desp.+' is the sum of 2
fields in SLP06 which are BODV06 and BGDN06. In the file, the
description for field BGDN06 is 'Base goods despatched not invoiced'.
For a lot of our customers there is an extremely high value in this
field, for example one customer has a value over 250,000 pounds. This is
where I am confused because our accounts department confirm and invoice
despatches the day they are shipped. Is there anyone who can shed any
light on this as Infor can't.
Regards,
Lee Greenwood
