Sometimes I don't give JBA/GEAC enough credit. Sometimes.
The GL161 file does indeed cover this scenario with no user intervention.
At least at V352b SP3.

Thanks to all for the quick responses!

Subject: Re: [SYSTEM21] Resetting the next GL/UPDNOG

Hi

if you have the source code, check program GL161 has the following code;

C           LUNA      IFLE WUPDNO
C           WUPDNO    ADD  1         T00000
C                     Z-ADDT00000    WUPDNO
C           WUPDNO    COMP 0                        96
C           *IN96     IFEQ *ON
C                     Z-ADD1         WUPDNO
C                     ENDIF
 * GLV30154           UPDATFLR027
C                     Z-ADDWUPDNO    LUNA
C                     ENDIF
C                     UPDATFLR027

i.e. it checks if LUNA goes to 0 after it is incremented, and if so sets it
to 1

If this is the case, then I would just let it carry on and not change the
Application Control file manually,

Juan
