I know that if we forget to do month end in IN that our A/R clerk always tells us that misc invoicing is prompting with the wrong (old) G/L period. Is it not that the period of the A/R transaction will be determined by the current open AR period? Consider the case of an SOP sales order input in, say, period 03/12, invoiced in 03/12, but posting to AR delayed, until period 03/12 has been closed, 03 year end completed and 04/01 opened. It seems to me, based on a few similar cases that happened in the past on our box, the AR posting will bear a period of 04/01. _______________________________________________ This is the System 21 Users (SYSTEM21) mailing list To post a message email: SYSTEM21@xxxxxxxxxxxx To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/system21 or email: SYSTEM21-request@xxxxxxxxxxxx Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/system21.
