Joe, The authorization codes are tied to the model number and serial number, so I'm afraid that if the model number changes you will need new codes (this sometimes catches people out). Geac doesn't take the processor tier into consideration, so that isn't a factor. You may not need to take maintenance, but Geac will probably charge you for issuing new codes if you aren't on maintenance - you would need to talk to your account manager. Have you checked whether your S21 version is OK with the new OS400 version you will be using? That might cause you problems if you are on an old release. Best Regards Chris
