RE: GRN's -- SYSTEM21

Using IBM Query setup as below using the "Max" function; you should save
your results to a database file and work from there.  

Microsoft Access, SQL Server or another relational database utilizing ODBC
connection would be much more powerful, but all can be accomplished using
the originating database file in conjunction with other queries.  As always,
you must proof your data for anomalies and issues specific to your company.



Example of "Max" function:
