You could look at INP90.  It has weekly buckets for receipts, adjustments,
transfers.  The receipts will only include PO receipts, Manufacturing
receipts or Sundry Receipts entered in Inventory.  You can read this file
starting with the newest for an item going backwards until you find the
last record with a receipt value.

Alternatively building a logical of only records with a receipt value would
speed the process up.

Unfortunately that's the last movement which could be a lot transfer or
adjustment but I need GRN receipts only!
