We've been using Optio several years now and it has mostly worked well. The only caveat is you're putting all of your documents "in the same basket" -- when something happens to our PC server several facilities screech to a halt. At least once a month, maybe more often, we must reboot it during the day. Also make sure you're communications are fast enough if you're printing to remote facilities, otherwise complex documents can take a while to make it round trip. On the plus side we can implement a nice looking label or form in a fraction of the time it would take to modify a program. I would look around at other products if you have not yet purchased Optio.
