I am installing a 3rd party software in a system 21 environment. I have run into a problem with overrides that are in place for *PRTF. The following overrides seem to be part of the standard environment setup: Opt File Level Type Keyword Specifications *PRTF *JOB PRT OUTQ(QGPL/QPRINT) HOLD(*YES) QPPGMDMP 8 PRT OUTQ(*LIBL/IPGDUMPS) HOLD(*YES) *JOB PRT OUTQ(*LIBL/IPGDUMPS) HOLD(*YES) APG90L00 8 DB TOFILE(IPGCFF4/APG90L00) My program executes a qcmdexc call for the ovrprtf command to override the *PRTF for labels in TLASHFORD. The only way I could get the ovrprtf file to work was to add the OVRSCOPE(*JOB) parameter. I have not encountered this with other software packages. Is there a way to setup the system 21 environment to accept the ovrprtf command without the OVRSCOPE(*JOB) parameter. Rick Day Varsity Logistics, Inc.
