You need to check it again file PCP61. Update the field PHYB61 to 0
against this part number and operation.

I have a part number that a user is trying to delete the route in on
21/MDM
(using F11 (Delete Entire Route)). However he is getting the message
"WIP
Balances exists for Operations on this Route."
 
Anyone have any pointers on where to run down this balance (either
through
user menus or DFU)?
