STRM400 or another product? We take our subsystem down every night when we do the backup and then bring it back up. However, once in a while, we find it completely falls asleep - making no updates to the GL, but producing no error, either. To correct it, we bring the subsystem down and back up, using 32/GLU (Start/end Balances Update). This "wakes it up" so it'll pick up and process any transactions in queue. Has anyone else encountered this? We haven't found a source of the problem, but since the recovery is so quick it hasn't been at the top of the list.
