We recently relocated our head office and used an IBM recommended company. There were no lifts (elevators) in either building. With the help of stair climbers the deinstallation move and reinstallation went perfectly. Dont trust what you dont know to those not in the know. Currently, we are on the first floor, and there is a lift which will take it down, but the building we are going to only has stairs up to the first floor (where the new IT room will be), which could prove interesting!
