Use the CLNUSRALC command to clean up the allocated licenses/seats in
ICF04PHY... We run this every hour on the hour...
You can think of ICF03PHY as the summary record and ICF04PHY as the detail
records...
ICF03PHY holds the summarized count of active seats consumed by detail records
in ICF04PHY...
The problem is that the ICF04PHY records don't always get marked as finished if
they end abnormally... CLNUSRALC verifies those allocations much the same way
as XA705 does for APG02PHY, which controls task exclusivity...
There is a date/time stamp for start and finish... The time request finished
field is defaulted to 999999 when the request record is written...
A request record is written whenever an action requesting a license is
initiated...
Whenever a new license is needed it first checks ICF03PHY to see if the limit is
hit... I don't think it even looks at ICF04PHY but I could be wrong...
All I know is that if you check the summary record before and after running
CLNUSRALC you will probably see a difference... Especially if you don't run it
regularly...

Seemingly, the information in these files is not always up-to-date - there
is usually an overstatement of the number of users. Maybe redundant
records/numbers are only cleared out when they reach the license limit.

Does anyone know how to determine how many JBA licenses are being used?
Have looked at data in file APG02PHY in IGPAMF4, but this does not tell me
if the function was run by a JBA Explorer user or a green screen user.
Any ideas?
