Neil, You define Period 13 as one day on length in you GL Calendar (31/GLA). Things to watch out for.... * You wouldn't have period 13 in previous years so I don't know what that does to your historical enquiries. * AR, AP and CS will need to be rolled twice (from 12 to 13 to period 1) Regards Michael Berman -----Original Message----- From: jbausers-l-admin@midrange.com [mailto:jbausers-l-admin@midrange.com] On Behalf Of Neil Thursby Sent: Tuesday, 18 June 2002 8:15 PM To: jbausers-l@midrange.com Subject: SYS21 - GL period 13 I've been requested to set-up a period 13 for use at year-end. Does anyone else operate in this way, can you tell me how to define this period in the Calendar file and any other things to watch-out for? Many thanks in advance, Neil. _____________________________________________________________________ This transmission and any attachments are confidential and are intended solely for the named addressee (s).
