I believe JBA has a large number of its sites in the UK (and the rest of the world for that matter), and was written there. Where better to have the support? Geac has for some years used Answerlink based in Atlanta to support their ex D&B software, SmartStream, on a world wide basis and had no issues. And by the way, Canada is not "a subject of the British Monarchy" but is a constitutional monarchy, much the way a number of ex-British colonies are, with their own federation of government. Basically I would think that the Queen would be technically Queen Elizabeth the first of Canada (as opposed to QEII of England) is that would be the only link.
