Jeff, One thing you're forgetting, or maybe didn't know, is that System 21 under the ownership of JBA was a British company, with head office in England. So it probably makes more sense to retain the base in England than to move all of the other head-office roles over the join up with the help desk in the States. Also, (even thugh I'm Irish) I believe that England is still part of the GLOBE too!
