SYS21 - Workshop

One of the operations of our group requires an application for its
workshop. It deals mainly in
the servicing / repairs / maintenance of heavy equipment ( bobcat etc) .
Such jobs are made up of
various components :  Spare parts , labour , other materials  etc and are
invoiced at completion.
History of repairs and machine population (which serial number is owned by
which customer) are
important data to be held by the application .
 I know that  S21 has the WO  application, but have no info on same (
searched in Infobase) , I have also realised that we
do not have auth code - I could have investigated further . From past
contacts, my understanding is that
such a module was specially suited to  consumer electronics  and was
possibly not very stable .
I will appreciate your opinion of this product in the environment that I
mentioned before .
