We installed Active Reporter/Applix TM1 in December and have since been getting a lot of "illegal operation" errors in Excel on the PC's where this is installed. This occurs even when we are not in the TM1 product but are simply working on an Excel spreadsheet. When I select detail on the error it states that "EXCEL caused an invalid page fault in module TM1.XLL at 016f:02440684". Applix did not have this issue logged as a previous problem but thought that it might have been a Windows 95 issue. On one system, we reformatted the hard drive, upgraded the system from Windows 95 to Windows 98, reinstalled TM1 and are still getting the same error. This occurs infrequently and we can not duplicate it. We are using Excel 2000. Is anyone else experiencing this type of problem with the Applix TM1 product? Thanks in advance for you input.
