We use EZprint from ACOM. We didn't spring for the FAX and e-mail options, but they sell that too. We've been pleased with EZprint. (About 1 day of training to get a good start.) The printing happens on the AS/400 and has some useful options like automerge, copies to a second printer and saving printed documents off to a different queue. You can design your form on the 400, or, they have a PC based WYSIWYG tool that's real nice for setting up a new form from scratch. We went with self-sealing froms. Using the self-sealers saves us several hours a day in just folding-and-stuffing time. Another shameless plug, but going for document processing will save you big, (if you do it right) regardless of who you go with. This product is very easy to use and does just about anything you want. The cost was very affordable and much less than any other package we found on the market. We had a one-day training session and we creating forms the very next day. Anyway that is my take and shameless plug. If you have experience with the Optio product or any other another document processing solution I would appreciate your comments -- in or out of this forum. Thank you --- Steve Prill I.S.
