As both a user and a consultant, I really like the product Ezprint. It's ease of use, the excellent customer support and cost have always carried a great deal of weight when evaluating these type products. The product has links to faxing packages. I recently began using and recommending a shareware product called SPL2EMAIL which provides for the emailing of AS/400 reports.
