We've been looking for a third party finite scheduler ourselves...
JBA does not provide adequate functionality in this regard, in our humble
opinion...

Could someone please explain how System 21 handles this?  We were looking at
another package that offers finite capacity loading and wondered how effective
JBA's functionality is?  (We're currently not using it.)
