SELECT * FROM ipgamf4/apg55phy WHERE menu55 = 'OER' and (FORO55 = '*' or foro55 = '3') This will tell you everybody who's either authorized to all options on that menu, or to that specific option. Hope this helps. And the report is nearly 1,000 pages for us... If I want to know who has the ability to Print and Post Invoices from 3/OER - there is not an easy way to find out that information... mslayton@ambrake.com on 11/15/2001 10:51:05 AM Please respond to jbausers-l@midrange.com To: jbausers-l@midrange.com cc: (bcc: Jeff Klipa/Harvard) Subject Re: JBA ML - RE: JBA ML -System 21 : In strm400, take Option 9 for Administration functions. From the Administration Menu, take Option 2. When the screen comes up, put in *all for the user parameter and fill in the rest of the parameters as you wish.
