It sounds like it would be simpler and quicker to write an RPG program to
perform this function...
I take it you don't have a programmer...?

I think it can be done with SQL but I, not unlike yourself, need a refresher
class...

We have 2 files, a customer details file (fields ending in 05) and a
customer attributes files (fields ending in 20). (To readers using JBA,
I'm using SLP05 and OEP20E.)
The join between the customers will be fields called CONO05/20, CUSN05/20
and DSEQ05/20
I would like an SQL statement to the effect of
UPDATE OEP20E SET OORD20=100 BORD20=0
WHERE CGP105 =008
CONO05=CONO20
CUSN05=CUSN20
DSEQ05=DSEQ20

OK, what I REALLY need is an SQL course, but can someone help me?
