JBA has a standard utility to import invoices into A/R.  For us, they do NOT
currently generate G/L Journal entries.  We've used this several times.
We're on version 3.5.0.

We have done some bespoke work to generate sales invoices and
have loaded sales details into OEP65 and OEP70 which then go through
billing on JBA and create all the SL and GL postings.

Wouldn't recommend you go anywhere near SLP10 or SLP11
as they are summary SL files.

Hi,

I'm looking for any help possible with the following :

We need to post Invoices into the JBA system from another system.

Currently the user prints the invoices from the other system and manually
keys them into JBA.

We have the information on the invoices captured in a database file and
would like to send them to the JBA system automatically.

I understand that there are 2 files for this (SLPI0 & SLPI1).

What I am looking for is detailed instructions on how to populate these
files, and information on what to do once they are populated.
