Andy, If my memory serves right, there is a very old documentation available for open AR conversion (AR GL Interface Programs) through JBA, we used that documentation to convert open AR back when we went live with JBA. The documentation deals with populating SLPI1 and SLPI0 and calling program SLI00CLP. And to post to GL you should populate FLPI0, FLPI1 and FLPI2 and call GLI00CLP. Contact your local GEAC Office to see if you can get that documentation. Hope this helps Ram S. Currently the user prints the invoices from the other system and manually keys them into JBA. We have the information on the invoices captured in a database file and would like to send them to the JBA system automatically. I understand that there are 2 files for this (SLPI0 & SLPI1). What I am looking for is detailed instructions on how to populate these files, and information on what to do once they are populated. Thanks in advance, Andy M. _______________________________________________ This is the GEAC/JBA System 21 Users (JBAUSERS-L) mailing list To post a message email: JBAUSERS-L@midrange.com To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/cgi-bin/listinfo/jbausers-l or email: JBAUSERS-L-request@midrange.com Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/jbausers-l.
