Andy We have done some bespoke work to generate sales invoices and have loaded sales details into OEP65 and OEP70 which then go through billing on JBA and create all the SL and GL postings. Wouldn't recommend you go anywhere near SLP10 or SLP11 as they are summary SL files. For any further help give me a call on 01606 830434 regards Tim Randall Centura Foods Ltd -----Original Message----- From: Andy Morrison [mailto:AndyMorrison@blueyonder.co.uk] Sent: 02 November 2001 13:21 To: jbausers-l@midrange.com Subject: Re: JBA ML - WEB21 This message has been successfully virus checked by the Centura Foods Mail system. Hi, I'm looking for any help possible with the following : We need to post Invoices into the JBA system from another system. Currently the user prints the invoices from the other system and manually keys them into JBA. We have the information on the invoices captured in a database file and would like to send them to the JBA system automatically. I understand that there are 2 files for this (SLPI0 & SLPI1). What I am looking for is detailed instructions on how to populate these files, and information on what to do once they are populated. Thanks in advance, Andy M. _______________________________________________ This is the GEAC/JBA System 21 Users (JBAUSERS-L) mailing list To post a message email: JBAUSERS-L@midrange.com To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/cgi-bin/listinfo/jbausers-l or email: JBAUSERS-L-request@midrange.com Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/jbausers-l. _____________________________________________________________________ This message has been checked for all known viruses by Star Internet delivered through the MessageLabs Virus Scanning Service.
