We would like to implement the following Pricing Policy for our client (A
package distribution company which transports packages & documents)

Someone sending a parcel of 1.0 kg to Zone 2 will pay 1,535
Someone sending a parcel of 1.25 kg to Zone 2 will pay 1,925

The additional difficulty is that clients can have special rates.
