You are correct but only Workshop has a warranty application attached to it.
Which is troublesome if you want to do warranty you have to buy both pieces
and under use the workshop to have a warranty piece for the Service Repair
module. We have Service but need some warranty software and that was the
solution from Geac, buy Workshop. Always seems to be another piece we have
to buy to get fully implemented.

Workshop was JBA's effort to extend its offerings to the service repair
industry. The service module was geared for organizations that perform
repairs and maintenance in the field. Workshop is geared to organizations
that require customers to send equipment to a central site where the repairs
are performed.
