Your statement is correct. JBA does not support PM. Therefore, standard JBA
does not provide for AFI set-up from PM. We use the accruals reports from
PMR to accrue receipts into inspection, reverse it the next month and set up
the new balance in inspection. Inventory 'P' transactions are seen by AFI
and used to record parts received into stock.

Subject: JBA ML - Re: AFI : Purchase Management

Hi all,

we have always been been told by JBA support that AFI for Purchase
Management does not work. Does anyone know whether this statement is true
or otherwise has successfully set-up AFI for PM?
We are currently on version 3.5.2b SP3. Up to now our AFI set-up has been
interfacing all Purchase Receipts via the inventory movements generated.

Regards
