Hi Jeff, We send AS400 reports daily as an attachment via Lotus Notes, and the process is fully automated....though I am not sure that it is slick. For reports that we need emailed we actually write them direct to a disk file rather than a spool file (as I have had problems in the past with CPYSPLF suppressing blank lines etc). I then have a scheduled agent on the Lotus Notes server which runs a batch file to FTP all the report files from the AS400 onto the local hard disk, the agent then creates a mail message and sends the file as an attachment. Some reports we actually read the file into Lotus Notes rather than sending as an attachment. For yet other reports I use the Win98 task scheduler to FTP the file to my hard disk then run a word or excel macro to do some specific formatting (the macros save the finished product to the Lotus Notes Server hard disk) and then my Lotus Notes agent creates and sends message. Feel free to contact me off list.
