Jim, We've used this method before:- There is a way copying a print file to your PC so that you can then forward it on by Email. It assumes you have connected to the AS400 via a PC using the the IBM software 'Client access'. 1. Sign on to the AS400 JBA system 2. Take the option to create the report. 3. Start the 'AS400 Operation Navigator' program from the PC start button. Note, its a good idea to minimise all your PC programs before starting this program:- Start.... Programs.... IBM AS400 Client Access.... AS400 Operations Navigator 4. Click on 'Basic Operations' 5. Click on 'Printer Output' 6. You should then see a list of all your jobs that are on the system awaiting printing. Simply click on the appropriate print and drag it to your desktop. 7. You can then move the, now text file, to a directory of your choice and then attached it to an Email.
