The best way to do this is to: 1. Open Operations Navigator 2. Open Basic Operations 3. Open Printer Output 4. Find the Spool File that you want. 5. Reduce your Operations Navigator Window. 6. Click and Drag the Spool File to your Desktop. It will create an Icon on your desktop 7. Close Operations Navigator. 8. Right Click on your Spool File Icon and Open With. 9. Choose the program you want to open it with, Word, Excel, Notepad, etc. 10. Go to File and Save As..., Now you can Insert this saved spool file to e-mail. Ten steps might look difficult, but its really simple. -----Original Message----- From: owner-jbausers-l@midrange.com [mailto:owner-jbausers-l@midrange.com]On Behalf Of Jim Hatzis Sent: Thursday, July 26, 2001 7:21 AM To: 'JBAUSERS-L@midrange.com' Cc: 'wlin@kubota.com.au' Subject: How do I get my spool files into MS-Word?
