MPS is not working

We are having problem with our MPS run from 6/04/01. MPS seems to ignore
all transaction from 06/01/01 forward. Time fence is set at 2 days. When
reviewing MPS, time fence on items is dated 06/01/01. We do not use item
time fence. We do submit this job through ROBOT and receive no error
message. The MPS run from 06/04/01 took half the time as previous runs. 
Any suggestions or comments will be appreciated.
