Muhammad-

The ROBOT job doesn't contain all the runtime parameters for MPS -
some are in the file MSP70.  So if someone ran MPS directly from JBA 
with the time fence flag "on", the ROBOT job may not reset the parameter.

Call up MPS from System21 and hit F18 for additional parameters, and
check that all the settings are what you expect.
