Cross-Version Integration

Folks,

OK, I got no response on my environment initiator for trigger programs, so I 
wrote my own.  "Newbie" question number two -- we are in a V2 manufacturing 
environment utilizing a V3 financial environment via "bridge" libraries 
because our manufacturing was too heavily modified to upgrade it for Y2K.

Question -- how do we activate application manager access for V3 applications 
when most of our stuff runs under V2?
