Sorry for the long delay, but I am just beginning to catch up on email after
a move.  We operated V2 using the V3 Application Manager until we did the V3
upgrade.  This does allow both versions to be active at the same time.
Caution: Check that your library lists are very accurate!  This can cause
grief if you are not careful.  We use a consolidated files library for each
environment, a mod'ed files library above that, a mod'ed programs library,
and then vanilla JBA libraries as appropriate.

OK, I got no response on my environment initiator for trigger programs, so I
wrote my own.  "Newbie" question number two -- we are in a V2 manufacturing
environment utilizing a V3 financial environment via "bridge" libraries
because our manufacturing was too heavily modified to upgrade it for Y2K.

Question -- how do we activate application manager access for V3
applications
when most of our stuff runs under V2?
