Audit trails

We constantly use JBA audit files to answer questions about "who did what
and when" when running maintenance and data entry applications.  We often
have issues regarding what parameters a user entered to run a report.  Are
these parameters written to any file for subsequent auditing, or are they
strictly written to the LDA and then discarded?
